Now I am really getting hungry seeing that crispy duck skin. We are having risotto tonight without meat but my wife is late home and she is the specialist for risotto. I am to impatient for that.
Risotto is tricky! Not many can do it perfectly! My favorite is a Fisherman's Risotto, just as my favorite rice dish is a Paella. Hmmmm.... I think I will make Paella and do a cooking video.
