A STEEM VIDEO :- How to Make Quick and Sweet Gulgule
Today, I am sharing with you the recipe for making Gulgule. It is a dish that comes together very quickly, requires very few ingredients, and can easily satisfy your craving for something sweet. We typically prepare these during our religious rituals and prayers; however, on my son's request, I decided to make ** Gulgule** today.
First, take a bowl of wheat flour and add half a bowl of sugar to it. Gradually add water while mixing the ingredients; the resulting batter should be neither too thick nor too thin in consistency. Then, let the mixture rest for 20 minutes to allow the sugar granules to dissolve completely. Next, heat some oil in a pan. Using your fingers, drop small portions of the batter into the hot oil—much like making fritters—and deep-fry them until they turn a golden-brown color. And just like that, your Gulgule are ready to be enjoyed!
