A STEEM VIDEO :- I made a *Parthiv Shivling* out of clay and **worshipped it**.
Today, on the auspicious day of Pradosh, during the sacred Pradosh period, I am crafting a Parthiv Shivling (a Shivling made of earth) out of clay. What exactly is Pradosh? Two Pradosh days occur every month, and the Pradosh Kaal—the specific time window associated with this observance—lasts from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the evening.
I learned through a YouTube video byPandit Pradeep Mishra Ji that on the day of Pradosh, during the Pradosh Kaal, one should sculpt a Shivling out of clay—preferably within a flower pot—and then perform the Abhishek (ritual bathing) of Lord Shiva using Roli (sacred red powder), rice grains, black sesame seeds, or any other worship materials you may have available for His adoration.
One should also offer Bel Patra (Bilva leaves) and honey. Today marked the very first time I constructed a Parthiv Shivling and performed its worship; subsequently, after about 20 to 25 minutes, I performed the Visarjan (ritual immersion/dissolution) of this clay Shivling. Performing this worship today, on the day of Pradosh, brought immense peace and tranquility to my mind.
