oye leyendo veo que es altamente negativo los efectos que causa! no hay casi beneficios... bueno algo así entendí. muchos términos médicos difíciles.
Tiene efectos negativos necesarios, porque su principal función es reducir la Presión Arterial. En pacientes con HTA de primera entrada se evalúa y según condiciones individuales se considera aplicar un IECA o un ARA II, son usados con el mismo fin. Sin embargo, nunca juntos.
