All Wage Thieves ARE Forced Labour Extractors
Because they force their workers, whom they have deliberately made vulnerable and unwhole, to be THEIR personal banks and THEIR creditors, for starters.
Disgusting!
And they deservingly have earned and are asking to be SUED when their thefts and payment delays, which they only make when legally compelled and not at all from character, values, virtues, and honour, have caused their victims to suffer needlessly, especially when they cause physical and bodily injuries and mental harm when their prey are NOT able to feed themselves sufficiently and on time, and properly insulate themselves from bad weather and exceedingly COLD elements because they've been knowingly, willfully, and heartlessly DEPRIVED of their pay.
The most INANE and public corruption-enabled businesses feloniously EXTORT their workers into staying or coming back when they require that the "ONLY" way that their workers would get paid IN FULL of everything they're owed thus far is to participate in these baiters-and-switchers' pyramid schemes.
That is, the most mismanaged places do not have ENOUGH cash reserves to be solvent and pay all the money that they currently owe to workers and others whom they owe, which is why they have to generate future work to pay bills from the past instead of being able to pay THEM right away.
This is why they NEED those whom they owe to keep working for/with them to keep their pyramid SCHEMES going!
Not only are THEY running their businesses from their customers' pay(check)-to-pay(check), but that they are utilising the commercial equivalent of payday loans through THEIR pyramid schemes of having to use tomorrow's revenues to "keep up," if that, with today's debts!
These toxicly irresponsible behaviour on the part of employers, principals, and recruiters can and HAVE lead to senseless and wrongful workers' deaths -- YOU BET when you read, watch, and listen to the news as well as those you hear about that don't even get reported -- that could have been prevented had they actually not been brazenly GREEDY, avaricious, and reckless BEYOND belief!
Granted, not all workplaces are the same in responding to fiscal anomalies and irregularities detected and pointed out.
But their guilt are most PALPABLE when entities are intractably and glaringly ENTRENCHED in their lack of humility and remorse, AND intentional uncommunicativeness when they callously blow their former or current workers off when questioned about bookkeeping and finances.
This kind of hubris is their tacit way of acknowledging that they've been stealing monies for a LOOOOOOOONG time, more likely than not PARTNERED with very dirty public and civil servants. So no way in hell are THEY going to keep their hands off the till and truly stop their organised crime skimming now.
And not in a million years that those are the ONLY financial crimes and other lawbreaking that they HAVE committed!
