We do a lot of overthinking. Some of the time that overthinking makes the life lot easier as well. Some days the bad things happen. Some days the good things become harder. And overthinking is how we keep the things keep on rolling in the head. Some way to get yourself out of that would be lot easier. Some of the time that in itself is something we have to get out in the mind as well. Overthinking is harder and not something we can change.
