Thank you for sharing this very personal story. My son suffers from depression, and he has experienced several of the things you spoke of. I am so happy you were able to get away from the typical medical "treatments."

I really hope that it helps your son and that he reconnects with the beautiful essence of who he is and that he finds peace and liberation within.
I hope so too, he is still on some medication, but is stable now. They tried him on lithium few months ago, and it was a disaster.
He is very lucky to have you in his life. Love to you both.
