The illusion of choice, when you're practically just choosing the package...
ingredients are the same, and the main one is sugar. Why it's every where? (maybe not in the Olive oil)

I have a very esoteric-nutritional answer for you, actually, why it is in every thing.....The upshot is sugar (glucose) fortifies a sense of Self.... it is why even primitive tribes travel far and wide to look for honey. Too much sugar becomes a surrogate for Self. Another easy way out my friend. Oh, I seldom come bearing good news, do I?!
What if I'm so pessimistic about nearly everything (except nature) that actually it was a good news for me?
[Actually I no longer feel bad or good in the news, they're just... news...]
