Winter surfing
The doctor told me I need to walk a lot to help with the calcified arteries I'm starting to have.So we went for a long walk on the beach. As usual, there were people in the sea, and I got some surfers on camera. When we're younger, we can do so many things, but at my age, I can't even try to ride a surfboard.I'm sure I'd either drown or break some bones I didn't even know I had.
It must be really exciting to ride the waves, and there are some female surfers too, like you can see in the first picture.
I think it's also good for your health because it uses all your muscles and helps you balance on the board as it moves with the strong waves of the Atlantic Ocean.Fortunately, this part of the sea is in a bay, which calms the big waves from the open ocean. It's all very pretty, and I really love the smell of the salty ocean air.

I can imagine how invigorating the salty ocean air must be, especially on a crisp winter day like in your photos. Your photography skills really capture the peacefulness of the scene 📸🌊🏖️
