🔹 Phase 1: First Job – Couldn’t Handle Night Shift

I started my career as a Bensale recruiter. It was a night shift job. I tried, but I couldn’t adjust my body and mind to working at night. Because of health and discomfort, I resigned within one month.

👉 Reason: Night shift was not suitable for me

🔹 Phase 2: Telecalling Job – Left After Conflict

Next, I joined a telecalling job. I worked there for 20 days. During this time, I had a serious fight with a boy in the workplace. Because of that situation, I resigned.

👉 Reason: Workplace conflict

🔹 Phase 3: No Food, Joined Real Estate for Survival

After that, my roommate went home. I was left alone without food support. I had no money for daily meals.

So I joined a real estate telecalling job because they provided one-time afternoon food. For the rest of the day, I stayed hungry.

Later, I understood that the company was not giving proper salary. So I stopped going to that job.

👉 Reason:

  • Joined: For food survival
  • Left: No proper salary

🔹 Phase 4: Commission Job – Worked but Earned Nothing

Then I joined a commission-based job with a friend (like a brother). We worked for 2 months expecting income.

But we didn’t get any commission at all. Instead, we spent around ₹6000 each during that time.

👉 Reason: No income, only losses

🔹 Phase 5: No Rent, No Food – Forced to Leave Room

Because we had no money for rent and food, we had to leave our room.

During this time, we were struggling daily just to survive.

🔹 Phase 6: CA Job – Low Salary, Heavy Work

We met a CA and joined under him. He gave:

  • ₹6000 salary each
  • Office room to stay

Work included:

  • Filing IT, GST, ESI, PF
  • Office work + field work
  • Even personal house work

We worked around 12 hours daily under hot sun and heavy workload. We felt mentally and physically stressed.

So we escaped from that job.

👉 Reason: Very low salary + heavy workload + disrespect

🔹 Phase 7: Separation & Friend Settled

After leaving that job:

  • My friend got separated from me
  • He later became a teacher and settled

But I was still struggling alone.

🔹 Phase 8: Staying with Friend Manikanta – No Job for 6 Months

I went to my friend Manikanta (met in real estate job).

For 6 months:

  • I had no job
  • I used money from CA job for 2 months
  • Borrowed money from my grandmother for another 2 months
  • My friend supported me

After 3 months without job, I became ₹5000 in debt to him

🔹 Phase 9: Packing Job – Fight Again

We shifted to another place. I got a picking & packing job.

I worked for 16 days. One person scolded me without reason. I complained about him. It became a company issue (non-friendly environment case).

Finally:

  • That person got removed
  • I also received salary after withdrawing the case

🔹 Phase 10: Grandmother’s Home & Tata Job Loss

I went to my grandmother’s house. I didn’t go to my parents’ home because I had left after a fight.

Then I got a job from Tata company.

They told me:

  • Attend training in Warangal for 10 days
  • Travel daily from Jangaon

I spent around ₹3000 on train travel.

Later:

  • No training salary given
  • No travel reimbursement
  • They gave a target I couldn’t complete

So I resigned.

👉 Reason: No pay + unrealistic target

🔹 Phase 11: Sales Job – Too Difficult

I took ₹1000 from my grandmother and joined a sales job.

But:

  • 12 hours field work
  • Continuous roaming

I couldn’t manage physically, so I left.

🔹 Phase 12: PhonePe Job – No Results

I returned to Manikanta. We joined PhonePe work:

  • Finding merchants
  • Assigning speakers

We couldn’t find customers, so we left.

Debt increased to ₹10000

🔹 Phase 13: Small Jobs & Street Life

I tried multiple jobs:

  • Mobile shop (7 days, left after taking salary)
  • Catering job (no salary, left)
  • Film shooting work

I stayed at Secunderabad railway station at night, doing daily work in daytime.

🔹 Phase 14: Security Job – Heavy Duty

I got a security job with accommodation:

  • ₹12000 salary

But duty was very heavy, so I resigned.

One good friend from that job helped me with shelter for 1 month.

🔹 Phase 15: Support from Trading Friend

A trading friend (met in security job):

  • Helped me survive for 2 months
  • Supported financially

🔹 Phase 16: Tuition Work – Small Stability

I got a small opportunity:

  • Taught room owner’s children → Free rent
  • Got 2 tuition students → ₹4000/month

This gave me temporary stability.

🔹 Phase 17: Delivery Jobs Failed

My trading friend helped me get an EV bike for Blinkit.

But:

  • First time riding
  • Back pain
  • Couldn’t manage

Then I tried Swiggy:

  • Couldn’t balance with tuition
  • Bike speed only 25 km/h

So I stopped delivery work.

🔹 Phase 18: Health Issues & Return Home

After some time, my health became bad.

I had no option, so I returned to my parents’ home.

🔹 Phase 19: Recent Situation

  • Did 3 months security job again
  • Went to Jangaon for other jobs → No success
  • Came back → Still searching

🔹 Phase 20: Clearing Debt & Moving Forward

After all these struggles, I used my security job salary to clear the full debt I had with Manikanta.

Even though I faced many failures, I made sure to repay what I owed. That gave me some relief and confidence.

👉 Reason: Responsibility and self-respect
