In my opinion don't use any new account, use your own account my friend. Because of new account your RC level is very low, for giving comments it get issues. So don't create new account. Go for your original this account is enough.

Ideally post the announcement from the new team account.
You can delegate a little Steem Power to the account if it needs any more to act at the beginning.
