The Dairy Game: A Busy Day Cooking My African Soup And Doing Other Household Chores [23/06/2026]
I woke at around 8am Nigerian time, knowing that I had a bunch household chores that would be carried out by me. But I knew that as soon as I'm done with those chores, I would be super hungry, tired and might not have enough time to prepare something for myself to eat.
Meanwhile I still had bunch of unread emails that are very important to me, and that would also be a hindrance to me if opened my email app first before doing other things.
Now, don't get me wrong, I do check my emails often times to see updates and new business proposals. But this time, it had to wait because why not?
So I quickly rushed to the market to get few things that would be needed to cook my African dish. After all said and done I finally prepared my local ogbono soup mixed with egusi. This dish is very popular and has stolen the heart of many west Africans.
After cooking I had to start doing other household chores just to make my home clean and put a few things in order. I started out by doing the laundry, because I don't like keeping dirty clothes, it makes the house stink
I also arranged my shoes and clean them. Don't really have much shoes, but I have to clean the ones I have, and be grateful to God because there are many people out there with no shoe's to wear.
Then the last thing I did was to arrange the little tech area that I put some of my cheap gadgets and text books, to at least make them neat and appealing to the eyes. This is the very first thing people see when they come visiting, so i would not want it to be a mess.
So after doing all these I ate the delicious meal with some of my neighbors, although they were shy and said I shouldn't take a picture of them, so I had to respect their privacy.
