The Diary Game: My First Church Service at Our New Site (18/04/2026)

I hope you’re all doing great. I wanted to take a moment to recount the wonderful experience I had during my first church service at our new location. It was a truly memorable day, and I feel fortunate to see the remarkable strides we've made. From the stunning architecture to the impactful service, I can't wait to share this joy and enthusiasm with you all. Here’s what happened!

I had the amazing chance to attend our first church service at the new location and I am excited to share my experience! The venue is stunning—spacious, modern, and filled with vibrant energy. It's hard to imagine that only recently, this site was still being built. Witnessing the significant progress made in such a short timeframe is truly impressive. The foundation was laid, the structure went up in a week, and the roofing was finished in just two weeks. It’s clear that a tremendous amount of effort, dedication, and teamwork contributed to this swift transformation.

Entering the church for the first time was an inspiring experience. The large space is beautifully designed, allowing fresh air to flow throughout, creating a calm and peaceful ambiance. The cool breeze was refreshing and enhanced the overall feeling of the service. It was evident that great care was taken to create a welcoming atmosphere conducive to worship.
The service itself was deeply moving. The choir’s performance was powerful, with the music resonating throughout the space. Each note seemed to touch the soul, and the entire congregation joined in harmony, fostering a profound sense of community. The Bible teachings were impactful, offering deep insights, but the preaching truly shone for me—it was engaging and resonated with everyone present.

We also shared meaningful moments of prayer during the service. The altar prayer was sincere, and you could feel the genuine connection among everyone and God. The offering felt significant, as it was a time of giving towards the growth of our new site. The service concluded with a sense of peace and gratitude in our hearts.

Afterwards, several of us, including some of the men who had stayed behind, visited a fellow church member who had recently welcomed a baby. It was a touching visit, and her joy upon seeing us.

g us was heartwarming. We gathered around her, prayed with her and her newborn, and shared a lovely moment of fellowship. She offered us some refreshing drinks and we enjoyed some light conversation before heading back home.

When I got home, I took a shower, had a light lunch, and then indulged in some much-needed rest. I ended the day by watching a few movies, feeling truly blessed and at peace after such a fulfilling day. It was a day that highlighted the strength of community, faith, and the incredible work that God is accomplishing in our lives. I look forward to witnessing how our new church location will continue to grow and serve all who enter its doors!
