The Diary Game:10th July, 2026. Quiet Day,Recovering from malaria and typhoid , relaxing at home
Hello guys, good evening. It’s Raydomo again I want to share with you how my day went today, Today was one of those days that reminded me how important it is to take care of my health. After battling malaria and typhoid for several days, I finally began to feel much better. The medications I had been taking were starting to work, and I could tell my body was slowly recovering. Although I wasn't completely back to normal, I felt stronger than I had in days.
I woke up in the morning feeling calm and grateful. The constant fever had gone down, the body aches were less intense, and I no longer felt as weak as before. I took my medication as prescribed, making sure not to miss a dose. I also drank plenty of water because I knew staying hydrated was important for my recovery.
Instead of trying to do too much, I decided to spend the day relaxing at home. I opened the windows to let in some fresh air and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. I prepared a light meal that was easy on my stomach and ate slowly. My appetite was gradually returning, which made me happy because it was a sign that I was getting better. Most of the day was spent resting. I lay on my bed, watched a few interesting movies, listened to soft music, and even took a long nap. Every time I woke up I felt a little more refreshed. I thanked God for giving me the strength to recover and for the effectiveness of the medication. My family checked on me from time to time, making sure I had everything I needed. Their care and encouragement lifted my spirits. They reminded me to keep taking my medication, eat healthy meals, and avoid stressing myself until I had fully recovered.
As the evening approached, I noticed I had more energy than I had the previous day. I was able to walk around the house comfortably without feeling exhausted. Although I knew I still needed more rest, it felt good to see such progress. Recovery may take time, but each small improvement
Before going to bed, I took my final dose of medication for the day and drank another glass of water. I reflected on how challenging the past few days had been and how thankful I was to be feeling better. The experience taught me never to ignore my health and to seek treatment promptly whenever I feel sick.
I ended the day feeling peaceful, hopeful, and optimistic. My body was healing, my strength was returning, and I believed that with continued rest, good food, and completing my medication, I would soon be fully healthy again. It was a quiet day at home, but it was exactly the kind of day I needed to continue my journey toward complete recovery.at 9pm I read my Bible, say my prayers and head to bed.
That’s how I rounded up my day. Yeah.
