The Diary Game: [02/08/2026] How my sunday went

Hey family how are you all doing so welcome to another session of diary episode, as you know today is sunday a day to serve the living God in truth and spirit, so i woke up and it was really raining seriously, my mom was already awake and she was done cooking actually she cooked the stew yesterday and did the remaining things this morning, like damn the food was beautiful to the eyes after appreciating the beauty of the food, i went back to sleep like i haven`t slept enough my mom came back and she was like you nor wan bath make you dey go church, i told her to tell my brother to bath first so that i could just use the opportunity to sleep a little, she just looked at me and said that i'm not serious, but who cares i just told my brother to go and bath so that we can go to church, and my mom prepared everything needed for church and left, you may think like why can't we just eat after coming back from church or eat before going out, but no we don't do that actually it's like a tradition in the family we eat only in church like outside you know, after the sermon so my brother left to bath and after coming back i went to bath.

So after i finished bathing i picked my clothes to get ready for church like damn you should see my sunday's outfit it was so fine, so we got ready and prayed then we left for church and we left on time sometimes i may behave like i don't care but i actually do like i always try my best to be humble before God no matter what, so we left and i didn`t have enough cash on me so i went to a point of service where i can withdraw a little money to transport, so we met the lady who was in charge she processed everything for me i just have to put my pin that's when she looked at me and said she liked my dress, i was glad someone appreciated me for looking good i told her thank you also collected the money for the sunday life, i stopped a tricycle and we got in.

we arrived at church like it was still raining heavily so i couldn`t even take a single pic we just rushed into the church, and immediately the service began at 8:00am, that's when we normally start service it was awesome i mean the atmosphere was hot in fact i felt the presence of my father, sometimes i will just say that we should be in church forever but i know it's not going to happen, but when i am at home around some setting people their behavior can influence someone who is trying to serve God, but the work still is on me because i should work hard no matter the temptation, so our pastor talked about going to church and not doing the will of God, it was exactly what i was thinking and what i normally think everyday, so after the preaching, me and my brother went outside to eat and that is after doing our offering We got to the gate but it was not opened the securities were there, so we just guessed that after the offering the gate would be open, there were people outside we just stood there waiting, after the offering the gate was opened and we outside, we ate and came back to church and it was prayer time which we prayed, souls got delivered and captives were set free after that we closed and a meeting was held for the workers, by the time we got home it was already 4:00pm.

Going to my friends house

So at home we ate again and cleaned the house then i received a call from my friends telling me if i could come to his place, i told them to wait that it wasn`t long i came back from church some two hours later i went to his place, and he brought food which he cooked i couldn`t say no it will be rude because my other friend kingsley, kingsley said he was sick and he can't eat and even his girl said the same, at last me and blessing ate the food, it was alright and sweet and in nigeria we call it egusi and eba.
