Hi Shane, I can completely appreciate your situation and feel that you have done good work in trying to become healthy again. I have back and knee problems that stop me from doing certain physical activities, but have just not been ambitious enough yet to get into an exercise program that will work for me and my wife.
The post was great and I gave you a well-deserved 100% upvote. Thank you for sharing.
By the way, I love the signature picture, it's great. Did you make it yourself or did someone else make it for you?
@dbzfan4awhile, so, there are programs that won't work for you? Maybe I'm gonna stop working out because the muscle loss becomes worse. I have a back pain too in my young age. Thank you for your compliment friend. Yes, that is why I've picked this cartooned picture because it is the best for my taste. hehe. I'm glad that you like it. Well, I can make one like this but since I don't have much time, an app "Moment Cam" makes it for me. hehehe.
Fight lang ng fight! Glad you generally recovered na. :D
@dean101, I recovered swelling, tingling, and pain friend but in muscle loss, looking forward for an improvement.
One baby steps at a time @lebron2016.^^ While I cannot imagine what you went through, I also had a sickness in the form of asthma when I was growing up. Tried to be active to combat it, until now I get attacks every now and then. That's why I prefer living in rural areas as compared to the city. #countrymouse
Keep the struggle sister. I know you will get treatment and be well again. Quick recovery
Thank you friend @stbrians. Stay positive as always.
wow great story...
@mahbubalam, thank you friend.
Love your fighting spirit sis! It's really a hard battle when it's your health that's hindering you from doing activities. You'll be healed completely, just trust in Him. Your grandmother must have lived a healthy life. 130 years old is super amazing. I hope my grandfather could live like that but right now it's his eyes that's getting really blurred because of catarata so walking gets a bit hard for him now. 😕
@enjieneer, my granny and other elders in the line never had a catarata but she died because she cannot cope back pain anymore. She used betel leaves for her teeth and other natural treatments for her body. My grandpa who is her son is very healthy in his age of 60. He always present ginger in his meals.
I hope you will feel better and better each day. :)
@zararina, thank you friend.
But this will not hindrance you to go on wit your goals. You can inspire other too. Like @cryptopie despite of his difficulties, he able to inspired people around.
Yes. God has plans for me. One of his plans is to inspire people then I can reach my goals in life.
