Throwbacks - Travel Diaries - Memories of Lake Como
Such a beautiful place this is, I am glad that I got to visit this little piece of heaven on Earth. This was a day trip from Milan to Lake Como. The scenery by the lake side is just mesmerizing, and the cable car ride for the aerial views brings a lot more charm to the experience. The queue was long, we had to wait for almost an hour for the ride, but it was worth it.

After visiting the highlands of Lake Como then we spent some time in the downtown market area. There is a Cathedral which is worth a visit if travelling here.
