Today I visited a metro station service provider in my city. The cities of Bangladesh are very busy and this metro rail has become a service for millions of people every day. Bangladesh Secretariat Station is one of the stations, as its name suggests, located in the Secretariat area. Yes, the Bangladesh Secretariat is next to this station where thousands of people travel through this station every day.

Since it is a densely populated country and the roads are generally congested, the metro rail has become a vehicle for everyone to reach on time. This metro station has a name written on the outside and it is clear. Usually this station is open from Saturday to Thursday from 6:30 am to 10:10 pm

Currently, it has become very popular. So there is a lot of crowd every day, especially during office and court hours. This route is the best to reach on time.

• The station is located in the Segunbagicha area of ​​Dhaka, near the Secretariat and important government offices.

• This station was opened on: 5 November 2023.

• It was built to reduce traffic congestion in Dhaka and to travel quickly to government areas.

I went to a place called Karwan Bazar, from there I went to the Secretariat Metro station to go shopping at the most popular shopping complex Bashundhara Shopping Complex, I got off at a place called Karwan Bazar. Although there are other ways to go here, I took the metro because it helped me arrive on time and the service and cleanliness of this station impressed me again and again, so I went to this station to reach quickly and on time, and from there I bought a ticket for 20 taka (2 steem) and waited for the train above. This station is open every day of the week, but on Friday it is open only from 2 pm to 10 pm.

In my experience, this station is a good service for everyone and you can reach your destination quickly and at a low fare within the right time. Metro Rail is one of the best ways to reach schools, colleges, offices, courts on time. Security and discipline are usually visible as soon as you enter the station. Since this area is a government area, the environment is relatively calm and controlled.

There is no problem as there are guards and scanning systems at the entrance. Clean environment, bright lights and digital display show the train schedule from which all information is available. In addition to using the ticket counter and card recharge machine, there is a separate room for collecting extra fare, and when you scan the ticket, it immediately shows an error and you have to pay for extra fare.

In my experience, it is difficult, so to get there, you have to take the escalator or elevator to the platform. Dhaka Metro Rail's trains are usually clean and air-conditioned, so the journey is comfortable.
