LOL, as @lenasveganliving said, it's not so easy when one is older...lol - feet get heavier and don't move as well or as fast! :D But as always - great motivational piece!
I agree with you both. But, like I said to Lena, it is harder, but far from impossible. It's all about the mindset. I am sure you both can do it. :)
