on the subject of fist of the north star, ive seen some kind of attempted remake using cellshaded renders before and it didnt really catch the vibe, as for the story, i must have seen the series umptozen times since a boy so i kinda know the story

Actually, on wednesday afternoon, watching "ken le survivant" and "chevaliers du zodiac" (also ulysses i think and something called "bioman" in french which was some kind of power rangers thing) its the first time i got into contact with japanese anime and was totally blown away , NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE IT ... compared to donald duck and mickey mouse, Ken le Survivant was the baddest ass ever, and the real-men straight honour of the knights of the zodiac, well the animation was simply breathtaking back then
