Ulog:Day 34-Taking My Healthy Breakfast

I got a good slept and woke up with full of courage and good shape.Thank you Lord for the gift of life.

Because of my mother situation it enlightened myself to be careful about health.I managed myself to have health awareness not only for me but for us all.

Right now I am eating my healthy breakfast.Choosing light foods and avoiding more carbohydrates.I wanna share what I am eating now.

Food that is easy to prepare

Glass of low fat milk with coffee

Banana with hard boiled egg

Potato fries

One bread

Carrot and cucumber

It made me full.Before I need to eat rice with foods but now I said goodbye to rice. I thought I couldn't stand until night without rice but if you try,then we can make it through.
Thank you Lord for the blessings.

Time for taking a bath

Long before II took a bath early morning after my deep sleep.I changed it now.I do my lighter work first and have a bath.After taking a bath I will do my heavy household task.Taking a bath early in the morning right after sleeping may one of the reason having an heart attack due to sudden high flow of our blood.After taking shower I will be going to have my general cleanimg..

Part of my day today is to call my mother and extend my birthday greetings to my youngest nephew Stanley.
