ULOG: #7 week 17 - Our Patronal Fiesta

Today Sept. 22 is our Patronal Fiesta, a Religious fiesta - St. Thomas of Villanueva. This year it happened to fall on a week-end, Saturday so I was sure there will be cousins who will attend and other relatives.

These are some of my relatives who came. This is just approximately 1/2 of them.

I am so tired because it was only me and my helpers who cooked. All the food are home made. My cousins loved my food. You get a great sense of satisfaction when you see them eat all the food and tell you they are delicious.

I love some caterers and their food is ok. But when you really do your best and cook and people enjoy, you fee so proud and fulfilled. Now I understand how caterers feel when they have a lot of clients and well known.

Now I have to rest because tomorrow I will still have to go to my relative's house and help them prepare for the burial.
