Although you're talking about the Canadian system... but this is good for everyone because most governments in the world follow the same way to make people under their control... I'm not a Canadian, ... I'm always trying to read and then I conforming this with laws in my country, and that way, I learn useful things, and I might need this in the future on my way to freedom...
