I will buy some Steem from the exchange. Its like Christmas 2018 but in July.
However that graph tells me I should wait a couple days until after a haircut to buy more. Am I wrong?

And people already know there will be a haircut, so that expectation should be already reflected. For instance, 1 SBD is already lower than $1.
Always is the best time to buy Steem =)
