RE: Stephen Stars As Donald Trump Jr. In 'Collusion'

Well, that didn't take long for you to resort to personal attacks. Care to source the supposed statement where they were told she was a "Russian government lawyer"? Intent has no bearing UNLESS A CRIME WAS COMMITTED to begin with, even if by your flimsy reasoning this did demonstrate intent. As far as being a "highly connected Russian", that is fundamentally different legally and otherwise than an official Russian government representative is it not?

Sort:

If you are taking it as a personal attack then I suppose you are answering the question by admitting to be that stupid. You are either feigning ignorance or are profoundly stupid it's not an attack just a statement of fact.

Intent is not only important in a criminal sense here but also shows that the campaign team has been openly lying for months about relations with Russian nationals. It shows that they were more than willing to collude with Russians in an effort to hurt their opponent and to lie about it to the public.

It doesn't stop there though because there is also a possible criminal component. Crimes from this revelation would be campaign finance related specifically regarding accepting donations from a foreign power, even worse is Jared Kushner's role since he has now been caught repeatedly lying on his security clearance forms which is a felony on it's own.

Jr's response to being told that a Russian government lawyer wanted to help the campaign smear their opponent was "love it". One could not ask for better evidence to show intent. That is huge on it's own and we will have to wait and see what else Mueller digs up regarding the collusion and if it leads to criminal prosecution.

That's cute with the personal attack, I see what you did there. Having relations with Russian nationals is not a crime, nor was it ever the topic of question except in the media. The question was collusion with Russian government agents. You talk like there is actual evidence to support any of these accusations, but its funny, the accusations keep piling up but none of the actual evidence ever manifests. By the way... you ignored my question about your source of the "Russian government lawyer" comment.
