Roudy and Clumsy drivers takes care of that...it was a post made via my smart fone so i had limited words to type in.

Plus Capital Punishment is for Drivers who is high on drugs or Substances and killed people in that state.

      Yes, the article is quite comprehensive overall.

      I think permanent seizure of drivers' licence and weighty fine will be enough...
