Insane Inflatable 5K 2017
Today my wife signed us up for the Insane Inflatable Race in South Florida. It's a 5k with inflatable obstacle courses throughout the race. It was fun to bounce, climb, and slide our way through the course. Plus we got medals for running.

I wish I had energy. Any energy at all. Must be nice!
I hear you. It's not very easy to start up. But once you do you start to get the hang of it.
I'm currently stuck trying to run my 5k training app. I'm at a 3 minute run then a 4 minute run another 4 minute run then a 3 minute. Those 4 minute runs are hard to do. But once I get used to it I'll move on to the next step.
You just have to get up and go do it. If you don't you never will.
