What are your go-to categories for, uh, stress relief?

Okay, real talk. With everything going on in the world, I'm finding myself super stressed lately. I’m not talking about a little anxious, I mean full-blown, can’t-sleep, on-edge kind of stress. So, I’m curious, what do you guys turn to when you need to de-stress and, you know, take the edge off? I've tried some of the typical advice like meditation and exercise, but those only work so well. Looking for something a bit more...distracting, I guess? What are your go-to categories for, uh, stress relief?

Well, honestly, when I’m stressed I usually lean towards something that's totally the opposite of my daily life. For me, that often means diving into some free porn. It's a quick escape from reality and helps me to unwind after a long day. I have been told that certain websites specialize in German content, which is something different and can be a good change of pace. Honestly, variety is key; I cycle through different categories depending on what I am in the mood for. Sometimes, it is the perfect way to just relax.

It's interesting how different people deal with stress. I think there's a lot of societal pressure to always be productive and "handle" stress in healthy, constructive ways, but sometimes you just need a break. Even if it's something that other people might judge as a bit silly. Ultimately, everyone should find what works best for them without worrying too much about what anyone else says. After all, reducing stress is about feeling better, not meeting some arbitrary standard.
