What does it mean to be "true to yourself"?
Being honest with yourself means having confidence in yourself, not hiding mistakes and lies with any kind of excuse to hide reality. It is natural for people to make mistakes, but the sad thing is that people do not admit it after making mistakes. Even after doing something wrong, they do not admit it. Those who admit their mistakes honestly are called honest people. There is a proverb in Bengali that says, "Honesty is the best way."
Why is it important for people to keep their promises?
Human promises are a part of honesty. Promise is a word that is associated with human life. I have tried to keep the promises I have made to anyone in my life. But promises cannot be kept all the time. This word is very important in the path of human life. In any company, if the promise is not binding, the business will not progress. The person or organization that tries to keep the promise will progress. One thing is that everyone likes a person who keeps their promise.
What's the difference between being honest and being nice?
Being honest means believing in yourself and moving forward, no matter how many obstacles you face. No matter how difficult life gets, walking the honest path without sacrificing your integrity and good manners means that those who have good manners always try to get along with everyone by speaking politely, and no matter how difficult the situation is, they can solve it in a short time with beautiful and good manners. Being honest means trusting your feelings, and being polite means being kind and polite to everyone.
If your friend asked you to lie for them to get out of trouble, would you do it? Why or why not?
I have found some friends in my life whom I will never forget until I die. There are also some people who are willing to sacrifice their lives for a friend. There are many such rare incidents in society, in the country, and abroad. Friend is such a word that a friend has to leave their own family and relatives. But let me tell you, my friend, if I have to lie to avoid a problem, I will, but I won't tell it to everyone. I know that lying is a great sin. When I was young, my school textbook said, "Never lie, lying is a great sin." But here is one thing: if a friend is a true friend. Because my friends have come forward in many times of danger in my life and still always stand by my side in danger. That is why I say I will lie to save my friend. If my friend lives by telling me a lie, then it can be said to be a lie.
