✔ I bought a packet of ready-made fuchka from the market. Now I put a pot on the stove to fry the fuchkas and added enough oil to it. When the oil was hot, I added the fuchkas and fried them well. When they turned brown, I removed them and placed them on a plate.

✔ Now all the ingredients are ready to make the fuchka. So now I took a fuchka and made a hole in the middle of the fuchka shell and filled it with potato filling using a spoon. I filled all the fuchkas with potato filling in the same way and placed them on a plate.
Final presentation of my recipe
✅ Pur Once all the fuchkas were filled, I arranged the fuchkas on a plate and placed a bowl of sour water in the middle. Then I sprinkled the grated boiled egg on top of the fuchkas with the help of a grater. Alhamdulillah, finally, my fuchkas are completely ready to serve.

Street Food Fuchka: The Rhythm of Sour and Spicy.
"That golden ball, swollen in the warmth of hot oil, awakens a flicker of flavor in the tamarind water of potatoes. In that afternoon chat, it mixes with the deep pull of life, this taste on the side of the road is like a song of culture."
Personal explanation: For me, Fuchka is not just a food, it is a collection of thousands of afternoons and memories spent with our friends. This street food is very popular in different countries like we, known as a "Pani Puri" in India, and also in Pakistan we known as a "Gol Gappa". You share this recipe under the name of "fuska". I was really impressed by your Phuchka recipe and presentation. Phuchka is the street food of Bangladesh, the name of which makes my mouth water. You have shown each step of making Phuchka so beautifully that I feel like making it right now! Especially the tamarind sourness and egg grating take the taste of Phuchka to another level. Your words about the importance of Phuchka in chat and hospitality are absolutely right. Best wishes to you!
