Today is the last day of the office holiday on the occasion of the holy Eid-ud-Azha. The office will be open from tomorrow. So today, due to the last day of the last holiday, I went to the bank booth in Munsikhola in the morning amidst the scorching sun. Even after enjoying a huge holiday, I did not go anywhere to travel, let alone to the riverbank. So today I went to the bank of the Buriganga River. The water in the river is rising a little compared to before. I was there a few days ago, and no foam was seen in the river. When the monsoon season comes, foam is seen in the river. Seeing this, I felt like it was a sign of the arrival of the monsoon. A launch is seen in the river; this launch is going from Dhaka Sadarghat to Barisal. When I arrived at the Buriganga River, I saw a scene that reminded me of my childhood. When I was young, I used to jump from a great height into a pond or a beel during the rainy season or in the scorching sun. I have also spent days like this, climbing trees with my friends and jumping into a pond.

I saw a huge excavator on the riverbank, which is not directly visible. This boom crane is used for work at great heights or on large bridges. This crane is especially used when making fittings in large mill factories. I think this crane would not have been placed on the riverbank like this, unless it belonged to the ship owner. The Bangladesh government also has many of these. This crane may have been brought to do fittings on the riverbank, or there is no need for such a large crane here.

Today, a huge ship was seen; this one is basically anchored here. The name of this launch is MD Sidratul Muntaha-01. There are many more launches like this because, since it is numbered, it means there are more. This kind of scene may not be seen, but I live near the Buriganga River, so I am lucky to see this scene sometimes. I couldn't help but take a picture of this scene. So I took a picture with my mobile phone to keep this scene in my memory.

A few days ago, I bought a packet of red sugar for my home. The packet of red sugar must be good, but I did not realize that the packet of red sugar was not real red sugar. At home, my wife soaked this red sugar in a pot and saw that the water had turned reddish. Seeing this situation, I was 100 percent sure that this sugar was completely adulterated and chemically treated sugar. I have stopped eating this sugar at home. Today, I bought the number one pure red sugar from Pagla Bazar. The shopkeeper from whom I bought it also has packets of red sugar. The price of packets of red sugar is low for him, but the price of loose red sugar is much higher. So I bought loose red sugar. Today, the weather was as hot as the sun in Chaitra. It was so hot to leave the market, I was thirsty for water, and I didn't know what to do. Suddenly, I remembered that eating some ice cream would reduce the feeling of endless heat. On the way, I bought some ice cream from a shop. Despite the price of ice cream, I still bought one. After finishing the ice cream, my whole body felt a little cold.

This year I bought my first palm tree, my favorite palm tree. I climbed palm trees when I was young, and I could climb all kinds of trees. When I was young, my mentality was such that if someone told me to climb a tree, I would climb it without stopping. I would be very happy if they told me about palm trees in particular. Because if I climbed a palm tree, they would give me palm trees. So, I would climb it. Everyone in my family likes tamarind. However, I prefer to eat the slightly firm type of tamarind sauce. But everyone in my family likes to eat the very soft type. Even so, I bought the slightly firm type today. Today, good quality mangoes are coming to the market. I can see the good and bad in the market when I buy them. These mangoes are very good. My wife soaks them in water when she brings them home. For the past few years, I have never eaten them without soaking them.

To be honest, it feels so hot from morning to evening today, and I don't feel good anywhere. I don't feel good at home either. So I came to the railway station in the evening. Some people in this area near the railway station play carrom board every day. This seems like a good thing to me. Because playing carrom is a much better way to spend time without getting involved in any bad things. However, there are some people who play carrom for bets. When I went to the village, I saw them playing carom, but they don't play casually; they play carom with bets, but here they play without bets every day. I took pictures of them secretly; if they knew, they would have forbidden me from taking pictures. I saw a semolina vendor on the platform of the railway line. This platform has been around for many years, but I have not seen anyone buying or selling anything on the platform. However, if someone sells any type of food item here in the afternoon, they can do good business.
