MATHEENA AND MOMMY’s DAYOUT

One monday morning, I have some important things to go in Marina Mall. So, I decided to let Matheena go with me so we will have a dayout since its been a long time already since the two of us had a bonding. We always go out with the group, this time I want to solo my daughter.

Since the office I am going to visit in Marina Mall will open at 11am, and we came there around 10am, for that 1 hour we decided to go to what we called “ukay-ukay”.

Ukay-ukay or what we called “thrift shop” refers to a place where people sell a pre-loved or used clothes, shoes and other stuff at very low prices. The word comes from a Filipino term meaning “to dig” because shoppers will usually dig go find the best items. From our stay in “ukay-ukay”, we were able to buy 4 stuffs and we paid it for 300php (60steem). Then we went straight to our main purpose which is a secret for this time. I will just share it to you when it will come true. God willing!

We were able to process everything for an hour then around 12noon we had our lunch at Greenwich. Matheena chose chicken set plus frozen cake while mine is chicken with carbonara. I paid 400php (80steem) all in all. Yes its a little bit expensive yet its all worth it because we just seldom had a mother-daughter time. Thanks to my hubby who always support us financially.

We then went to happy mart, its another store that offers cheaper prices compare to the big mall. I bought spaghetti tops for Matheena since her home clothes were so tight already, I also bought shorts, undies, towel and a small bag for her little doll. I paid 1200php (240steem) all in all.

Afterwards, we received one mini-donut as their gift for our purchase. So, after we claim since we received only a donut, we ordered two more and we chose the bigger one.

We almost finish all our stuff around 3pm then we went home. And Matheena is so happy since she has so plenty of new stuff. And seeing her happy also made my heart so happy. Thats how mommy feel…
