I hope all my chef friends are well and healthy. Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, I am also well. I invite all my chef friends to my another recipe blog. Today I will share with you a Delicious Beef Curry Recipe in the Contest Recipe of the Day Week No.105 competition organized by @crismenia in the Steemit Iron Chef community.

INGREDIENTS

I have listed the ingredients required for the recipe below.

Cooking Process

Step 1

To cook the beef, I put a pan on the stove, heated the oil in the pan, added 2 pieces of cinnamon, 4 white cardamoms, 2 black cardamoms, then added 1 cup of chopped onion and mixed it well. When the chopped onion became soft, I added 1 tablespoon of ginger paste and garlic paste. I fried the spices by stirring well for a few seconds until the raw smell of ginger and garlic was there. At this stage, I added 1.5 tablespoons of chili powder, 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of coriander powder, 1 teaspoon of cumin powder, 1 teaspoon of meat masala, and salt to taste.

Step 2

Stir all the spices and fry them with a little water. When the oil floats on top of the spices, stir and fry for some more time. Then add the washed and drained beef into the spices. Stir and mix the beef well with the spices, and fry the meat for some more time, leaving the pan open.

Step 3

Once the meat is browned, when the oil starts to float on top of the meat, pour the heated water into the meat. Add enough water so that the meat is cooked, leaving a broth. Then cover the pot with a lid and cook on medium heat.

Step 4

After cooking on medium heat for about forty minutes, when the beef is well cooked and the broth becomes thick, at this stage I sprinkled fried onion, fried cumin powder on top and let it simmer for five minutes. Then I served the meat in a serving bowl. At this stage, it will be quite delicious if served with hot rice, white pulao, roti.
