Good post. It's impressive how you maintained a balanced and nutritious diet despite a busy schedule. The decision to start the day with protein and energy-rich foods like tuna salad, avocado, and lemon juice for breakfast was wonderful. The variety of vegetables in lunch—especially zucchini and eggplant—made the meal healthier and showed your awareness. However, your hesitation about eating a heavier meal at night than lunch is very natural. When you get used to a diet, it is normal to feel a little uncomfortable if you suddenly eat pasta or something heavy at night, but sometimes accepting such a change also gives you a kind of mental satisfaction (I was on a diet myself at one time, so I can easily understand your feelings).

Most of all, I appreciated your gratitude to God for every meal. 🙂
