For me, my health and the health of my family is what I consider first, before thinking of anything else, because if we are not healthy how will we accomplish the mission God sent us to do on earth 🌎, so in life before doing anything consider your health first, because it's our duty to struggle and make sure that we live a God fearing and healthy lifestyle, I know that many people don't have the opportunity to even eat a good food and drink a good water or even follow a daily eating routine, but God gave us that wonderful opportunity to get everything we work for, so am greatful to God almighty 🙏🏻.

Living a healthy life goes beyond just food it includes regular physical activity, sufficient sleep, and stress management. When combined with a balanced diet, these lifestyle habits promote longevity, improve mood, and enhance quality of life, for me eating mindfully paying attention to hunger 😊and savoring meals also fosters a healthier relationship with food.

I really love the tittle given to this wonderful contest, Today's Writing, Tomorrow's Memories."—The Health, because in life anything that we keep records of will be a memory in our life's tomorrow especially what we wrote.

FOOD LIST – WHAT YOU ATE IN THE MORNING, AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

MORNING

In the world 🌎 as a whole break- fast (morning food) is regarded as stomach opener because it's the first food that enters our stomach that day, and we have to start with a lighter food,
So i boild egg 🥚 at first to open my systems because, Eggs contain choline, a nutrient for brain development and function, Eating boiled eggs first in the morning can enhance memory, good 😊 performance and mood regulation,

that why i always start my morning with boiled eggs before cooking my morning food, today morning I cooked noodles because I love 💯 starting my morning with a food that is lighter in my stomach so it will digest faster 💕, and I normally eats my breakfast after my morning chores in the morning, because my mum would never allow me to eat until I finish my duty, so I ate around 8: am in the morning 🌅.

AFTERNOON

I normally eat my lunch around 1 :pm in the afternoon, today my mum decided to cook porridge yam as lunch, though porridge yam is my best food so I enjoyed it alot more than any other food, Porridge yam is not only a comforting and tasty dish but also a nutritious food that supports energy production, digestive health, heart health, blood sugar control, and immune function, Its rich , vitamins, and mineral content make it a valuable addition to a balanced diet, that's why I choosed it as my best meal.

EVENING

This wonderful and cool evening, my mum prepared Egusi soup(melon soup) for dinner today, I take dinner so interesting because we have to eat something thicker to avoid hunger later at night time, and she also made garri so that we can eat it with the Egusi soup 🍲, the food is so delicious that I ate it and asked for more 😊 and I give my mum all the credit for that.

WATER INTAKE – HOW MANY GLASSES OF WATER YOU DRANK DURING THE DAY.

For me water is life so during the day I usually drink water like 6-7 times, because my mum usually tells me that I should always drink enough water 💦 because our body system as a whole needs water for it to run all it's duties perfectly well ❤️‍🩹, drinking enough water helps to regulate our body temperature and make it stable, water is a colourless, odourless and tasteless liquid that helps us the most so I make sure that the water level in my body is stable.

EXERCISE – TIME AND TYPE OF WALKING, RUNNING, SPORTS OR OTHER EXERCISE.

I love 😘 sports alot, I spend at least 5 hours of my time every single day to play basketball at the field, but today's weather not being friendly I didn't go out for sports I just have a Little strawing around my environment, exercise also helps us to keep our body more healthy than ever.

Sleep – when you slept and how many hours you slept.

At night I make sure that I sleep at least 8 hours and I always sleep in the afternoon, every afternoon I make sure I sleep at least 2 hours because, Naps lower stress and cut irritability. You wake up calmer and more patient, it's helps because it gives muscles time to repair,especially if you work hard physically.

Physical condition – how your body was, whether you had any illness or pain.

I have no physical bad condition by the grace of God an sound and healthy, because I always make sure that my body system doesn't work so much during the day, because all work without rest makes jack a sick boy.

Mood – feeling good, bad, stressed or happy.

Am feeling happy today because I participated on this community engagement contest like this and am greatful to God almighty for the gift of life.

Eating good food and living a healthy life are deeply interconnected and essential for overall well-being, Good food nourishes the body, providing the necessary nutrients, vitamins, and minerals that support physical health, mental clarity, and emotional balance.

Your health diary is very informative and positive. Glad to see that you understand the importance of a healthy diet, adequate water, rest and exercise in your daily life. You have taken good care of your diet from breakfast to dinner. While the habit of drinking water and getting enough sleep is also commendable. The best thing is that you thank Allah for your good health and appreciate your mother's hard work. Such positive habits not only improve physical health but also provide peace of mind and happiness.

You've shared a beautiful and well documented lifestyle in your health diary. I could see a balance in your diet as you didn't just occupy yourself with too much carbohydrates, but also added proteins to it. Do you normally do workout or jogging? I discovered that doing this at an early stage can active prolong one's life.
