In the Visit a Supermarket or Mini Market competition, I have chosen Swapna Supermarket, which has a huge supply of various products under one roof. Swapna is one of the leading superstore brands in Bangladesh. The Swapna Supermarket I reviewed is located in Lakshmipur, Rajshahi. It is a supermarket located near Lakshmipur Road where customers get a supply of high-quality branded products in a beautiful and calm environment. Since Swapna Supermarket has a supply of all the products used in daily life, customers feel comfortable shopping from this supermarket.

The decrease in the number of customers in the business is a big problem, so we must advertise more and add the name and permanent address of the shop on Google Maps through digital marketing so that customers can easily find it. The inside of the market should be clean, well-decorated and the products should be arranged attractively so that customers are attracted. The behavior of the employees working in the market should be kept friendly and emphasis should be placed on the supply of essential products. Only then will customer service be maintained and business in the markets will expand.

In local shops we cannot compare many products at once, but in supermarkets there are numerous products, where we can choose good quality products.
