RE: SLC31-W2: Shop & Share Challenge - Visit a Supermarket or Mini Market.

An interesting article about the Shwapno supermarket in Lakshmipur, Rajshahi, reveals a different perspective on the city's best supermarket. If we delve deeper into the differences between modern and traditional markets, lower-middle-class consumers will choose to shop at traditional markets, regardless of convenience and efficiency, compared to those from the upper-middle class.

In our city of Lhokseumawe, a number of modern supermarkets (supermarkets and minimarkets) are also growing rapidly, although a large number of people still prefer shopping at traditional markets, primarily due to the flexible prices (the ability to bargain) and the availability of fresh produce from a variety of farmers.

Indeed! The products in modern markets are neatly arranged and complete, and shopping is easy thanks to the assistance of numerous staff. While the products in traditional markets are a bit messy, even the smallest change there is worth it and can be used to purchase items according to size or quantity.

I don't have much to say, and your post truly captures the atmosphere at one of Bangladesh's most famous supermarkets. Good luck, my friend 🙏

Thank you so much for your valuable feedback. You are right that in supermarkets the prices of products are fixed, but in local shops we can bargain for the price of products. In local shops we cannot compare many products at once, but in supermarkets there are numerous products, where we can choose good quality products. So based on the need, both supermarkets and local businesses are important for us.

my pleasure.. 🙏
