How are you all? In this milestone journey of experience, I will present a 24-hour report on the Steemit Challenge Season 32 Week 03 event. First of all, I @mahadisalim appreciate your wonderful experience. Also, I am grateful again for organizing this special healthy event in a beautiful way. In today's campaign, my 24-hour healthy report will give you more ideas about healthy rules and regulations in daily life and movement. Let's agree with this special experience. And keep the activities according to everyone's health time rules which are part of good health.

People in their daily lives include morning activities like brushing teeth, walking, lunch and dinner along with afternoon snacks, spending some time in pleasant places, indulging in healthy fruits. Also, sleeping regularly to maintain good health as part of the ongoing lifestyle, all these things are part of our daily lives. We should follow this rule as long as we are alive. By getting regular sleep and eating, all our activities are very well managed. Let us answer some questions below. Which will be a part of our experience with improving our health.
01:-Food list – what you ate in the morning, afternoon and evening.

Especially food is the most important thing in human life in which we get the opportunity to conduct all the activities well. Especially in the morning I usually like to eat bread or paratha without oil. So today for breakfast I ate paratha without oil and a banana.
Lunch is usually a heavy meal. Which is important in the human body's appetite and filling the stomach. So I have chosen rice, fish, vegetables, pulses as a healthy meal for lunch. This special meal gives me energy to work for a long time.

Generally, light snacks in the afternoon create a healthy effect. Along with this, this special food in terms of suppressing light hunger creates energy to keep all the activities normal till night. So I enjoyed the pleasure of eating pasta after afternoon till evening. This special food gives me the pleasure of organizing all the tasks.

But in the dinner list I have added special ladies fingers or in our Bangladeshi language they are called dhendras. I especially like this ladies singer fried food. And it is possible to cook these ladies fingers in a very short time.
02:-Water intake – how many glasses of water you drank during the day.

According to the weather forecast in our Bangladesh, we are feeling very hot. So, the contribution of water is always immense to keep yourself comfortable and calm in this intense heat. I have to drink 11-12 glasses of water throughout the day. I feel comfortable drinking this water on time all the time.
03:-Exercise – time and type of walking, running, sports or other exercise.

I usually go to the office at 7:40 am. On an average, I walk less than a kilometer in 20 minutes in the morning. On days when I am not at the office, I like to run in the streets of the city or in the field with natural surroundings. However, the perfect time is from 6 am to 7:30 am. However, I do not hesitate to walk in the natural surroundings for some time in the afternoon. However, after 5 pm, I really like to play cricket, this time is the perfect time to play. Moreover, exercise is done with the game. However, many times I also exercise by lying down in bed at home. When I put my book down, the veins, arteries and muscles of the body are usually activated very well.
04:-Sleep – when you slept and how many hours you slept.
As per my daily routine, I spend the whole day busy with various activities. So I never sleep before 12 o'clock at night. Leaving any work incomplete means that it becomes very difficult for me later. So I try to sleep at 12 o'clock at night and I fall asleep within 15 minutes. Again, I have to wake up at 7 o'clock in the morning if I have an office. Otherwise, I sleep till 9 o'clock in the morning. However, I sleep for 7 to 9 hours at home every day in 24 hours.
05:-Physical condition – how your body was, whether you had any illness or pain.
Following all these rules, this natural food including fish and vegetable pulses as well as the evening meal was healthy. So after eating all these foods, I feel physically healthy and good. I try to organize my work and do it in time. However, my body was fairly good, I feel comfortable sleeping at night. And I can move well during the day. However, there is a problem due to mild cold, I hope it will be inactive in a few days.
06:-Mood – feeling good, bad, stressed or happy.
I am doing very well in everything at present. But whether something bad or good happens is completely dependent on the Creator. But currently I am very well and so is my family. I have mental stress which is a matter of complete management. But it is true that you can identify me as an honest and sincere person.

Because no matter how much stress I am under, I like to be happy with everyone with an open mind. And being happy and smiling is a habit of mine since childhood. I can blend in with any person in a very short time and get along with them. However, despite the pressure of people, I am happy and smiling because the most precious thing in the world is the smile on people's faces. It is very necessary to remove my sorrows and mental stress. So sometimes when I am very stressed, I drink a cold Sprite drink or drink cold water. But I maintain my humanity and try to solve it with patience, this is my childhood habit. However, I am feeling some mental stress, which I will have to solve this month.
07:-Healthy habits – washing hands, brushing teeth, eating fruits and vegetables, etc.
However, I prefer to conduct my activities normally. But before eating, I must wash my hands before eating any food. I always remember this. In the morning, I have to brush my teeth after getting out of bed after a peaceful sleep. However, I brush my teeth at 7 am or between 8:30 am and 9 am.

When it comes to fruits, I enjoy eating dragon fruit, pineapple, green apple, and litchi mango. These fruits are my favorite and I eat some or the other fruit every day. For example, today I will enjoy eating pineapple.

Among the vegetables, my favorite are ladies finger, kathur lati, snake gound, potato tomato 🍅, cucumber, beans and many other vegetables. All these foods are eaten regularly. However, I really like to eat carrots raw. Especially carrots, although a vegetable, taste a lot like a fruit to me. Because it has a lot of health benefits.

08:-Goals and progress – goals set to maintain good health and their progress.
Especially with my keen efforts to maintain my good health, scheduling is the first step. Because I decide in advance when I will eat what. And this includes shopping.
  • However, I am sharing some special progress with all of you to maintain health.

  • For example, buying the necessary products from the market on time and keeping them at hand.

  • And making sure of the time and place of what fruits to cook

  • If there is a tendency to get sick, then definitely solve the smallest problems. Which protects me from any major illness.

  • In terms of health protection, eat some seasonal fruits every day, which is better to buy from the market in advance.

  • You should buy the things you need and like every day for your health protection.

  • Pay attention to buying healthy fruits and healthy vegetables from the market regularly. Of course, it is better to do the market every day. Fresh vegetables, fruits and fresh fish and meat, all of these things are important for your health protection.

First and last, you have to use your interest, effort and time. There is no alternative except these special plans. But of course, make alternative paths in your plan. Which makes your life easier and keeps the current situation under control including health protection. I am very grateful and inspired to share this special campaign with all of you. Reading through health diary write I have have seen good recommendations you have given .How we can live healthy the type of food we need to eat morning ,afternoon and evening . The number of hours we need to sleep atleast 7hours to 9hours per night .Then the quantity of water we need to drink and the exercises accompanied with the type of food to eat to make the body in good health always.

My observation is that you did not mentioned the date of your health diary .Also, you have not understood the questions well ,we are not interested with what you are supposed to do to be healthy .We want you to share your health challenges and how you have overcome by advising people on health tips from your health experience . Atleast ,you were to take a snapshot in any hospital or if possible show us your health problems and remedies you are trying to overcome. Lastly you have not engage on any posts in the challenge ,since you were the first to participate you could even comments on the challenge topic .

Tomar agua es fundamental para nuestra salud. En el pasado, yo cometí el error de hacer esta ingesta muy limitada y, los estragos que eso generó, fueron terribles.

Me gusta que tú alimentación no esté sumergida en la grasa... Eso te permitirá estar saludable, ya que el exceso de ella tapa las arterias.

I have read your wonderful and well-thought-out health diary post in its entirety. The way you are taking care of your health and maintaining a disciplined routine despite your daily busy schedule is truly commendable. Your decision to drink 11-12 glasses of water to keep your body refreshed in this intense heat is very realistic. The menu of eating raw carrots along with a balanced lunch and having your favorite instant lentil fry at night is just as healthy as the pleasure of eating pasta as a light snack after lunch. The habit of walking every day and playing cricket after 5 pm is to be commended, because it provides a very good exercise for the body along with entertainment. The organized plan that you have mentioned about regularly going to the market and buying fresh vegetables and seasonal fruits like pineapple for health protection is very effective in staying away from any major illness.
