It's so good to know that you have made a special kind of meal. Looking at this meal I will hardly tell it's made from plantain and avocado until I read the ingredients! This is amazing.

This actually shows that the world is vast and there are many meals still unknown to us until we see them.

Hi Ruthjoe, to be honest, here in my country we usually eat ripe plantains, but I love green plantains too. I really loved the combination of plantains and salami—it’s so delicious, and it’s quick to make.

I love ripe plantains too..
Over here we fry it and or we cook it as portages. So delicious!

While the green ones are used to make plantain chips to make portages too.
