They do well balanced movements
Morning exercise provides the body and mind with a high value of energy, making man more effective, productive and open and also helps to regulate the physiology of the organs.

Yes exercise taken any time of day has more benefits than I care to take time to list. In fact practically any movement is good for the body - even just freestyle play!
